Economic Assessment of the Regulatory Delivery Model from Safe Food Production Queensland: The Economic Assessment of the Safe Food’s Regulatory Delivery Model paper analyses the economic rationale behind Safe Food’s Regulatory Delivery Framework, with a focus on the proposed operating model and readiness for future challenges. The report makes recommendations to further enhance Safe Food’s operating model, including designing a system of incentivised compliance. The Report was considered by Safe Food’s Board at it’s December 2024 meeting.
Future Visioning Safe Food Production Queensland’s Regulatory Delivery Model: This report, prepared by the Public Risk Management Institute (PRISM), provides the outcomes of PRISM’s evaluation of Safe Food’s currently regulatory delivery model and practices, compared with emerging best practices. The report’s findings and recommendations were considered as part of the development of Safe Food’s new Regulatory Delivery Framework.
